Travel advisory services
Eraya Travel provides personal travel advisory services. The information on this website — including destination descriptions, itinerary outlines, hotel references, and experience suggestions — is provided for illustrative purposes and represents examples of the kind of journeys Eraya designs. It does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of availability.
All bespoke itineraries are designed individually following a personal inquiry and discovery conversation. The specific terms, pricing, inclusions, and conditions of your journey will be communicated clearly and agreed upon in writing before any commitment is made.
Planning fees: Where a planning fee applies to your itinerary, this will be communicated to you before any work begins and before any fee is charged. You will never be charged without your explicit agreement.
Cancellation and refund policy: Cancellation terms, refund eligibility, and any applicable fees are specific to each journey and will be communicated clearly at the time of booking. Please review these carefully before confirming your travel arrangements. Eraya Travel's cancellation terms will always be provided to you in writing prior to any financial commitment.
Hotel bookings: Hotel bookings made through Eraya Travel are subject to the individual cancellation and refund policies of the properties concerned. These will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Third-party suppliers
Eraya Travel designs itineraries and facilitates bookings on your behalf with third-party suppliers including hotels, resorts, local guides, and experience providers. While we select these partners with care and maintain high standards for quality and cultural integrity, we are not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, representations, or negligence of any third-party supplier, or for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss arising from your use of their services.
All third-party bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant supplier. We will always make these available to you before you confirm a booking.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eraya Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, travel disruption, or costs incurred as a result of changes made by third-party suppliers.
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
External links
This website may contain links to third-party websites, including our social media profiles and partner platforms. These links are provided for your convenience only. Eraya Travel does not endorse and is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party website. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any external site you visit.
Accuracy of information
We make every effort to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, destination information, hotel details, experience availability, and pricing are subject to change. Nothing on this website constitutes a guaranteed offer of services, availability, or pricing. All details will be confirmed individually at the time of your inquiry.
Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which Eraya Travel is registered. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of this website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Important note for Courts: This document should be reviewed by a lawyer before publishing, particularly the limitation of liability and third-party supplier sections, which carry the most legal exposure for a travel advisory business. The state of registration should be inserted into the governing law clause once confirmed. The cancellation and refund placeholder language is intentionally flexible — when Courts has defined those terms, they should be added here explicitly rather than remaining open-ended.
